Trelleborg Announces the launching of 'ProgressiveTraction Technology'

Trelleborg, manufacturer and world-wide provider of tyres and solutions for complete wheels in the agricultural industry, will set up the technology Progressive Traction, a concept of tyre that will be presented in the fair Agritechnica that will take place of the 10 to 16 November in Hannover, Germany.

After two years of intensive numerical simulations, as well as proofs of interior and external, the technology Trelleborg ProgressiveTraction has been applied to the agricultural tyre 650/65R38 for the first time. During the last proofs of field, the tyres ProgressiveTraction showed a capacity of traction above 10% compared with the tyres of standard technology.
