Kiefel Presents innovative projects in the technical field of the medicine
29 July 2013
In the international fair of plastics 'K 2013' which will be held in Düsseldorf in October 2013, Kiefel (company represented in Spain by STX), will be presenting new products for the production of plastic sheeting in the technical field of medicine. One of the highlights will be the new Solid-State-Generator with an output of up to 8 kW. Unlike a tube generator, it does not wear and is used for welding high-frequency packages of high quality PVC. The ingenious modular concept makes it possible to program performance between 8 and 32 kW generators.
KTFM tables fill module is another novelty that allows filling of packages of different formats from 50 to 6000 milliliters. The KTFM can be used with up to five modules as tables fill individual module or production equipment. If the packet size is 500 milliliters, production equipment can make from 500 to 4,000 packages in an hour. The placement of caps is carried out automatically or manually, as desired. The German company will present at the K, the filling tables KTFM module and Solid-State-Generator together with the proven team of double inclusion KST 70/40 table.

In this same year, the company also expanded its technological leadership with a new concept machine in the technical field of medicine. "Our new molding Fill Seal KFFS enables increased production with a superb quality", stated the Director, Thomas J. Halletz. The machine is capable of producing up to 6,000 packages in an hour. Depending on the design of the article and the blade material, the residual waste with this equipment could also be avoided. Other Star Kiefel: constant parameters of welding and a control system adapted to the user maximum flexibility thanks to the modular design of supervision and control.
Kiefel conceives and manufactures, especially, machines for the production of blood bags and filters blood, systems Cath as well as packages and bags of food, dialysis, transfusion, colostomies and urine.
