Haulotte Group Launches a new system of prevention of entrapment in aerial platforms

This system launches in reply to the demand appreciated between the British professionals to protect even more to his operators in front of the risk to remain trapped in the basket during the works in height, and reaffirms the commitment of Haulotte to increase the levels of hygiene in these applications.

The new system alerts to the operator on potential situations of entrapment and through the ‘Safety Gap' protects him of this type of dangers. Next to the activation of the alert, the machine only can realise movements to the reverse of which was realising until this moment, or of descent, making possible that the operator go out of this situation of panic without that it worsen his state. After having accionado, the system can resetear and reactivate easily from the basket, what avoids time died of work.

The system has been designed to preserve the surroundings of operation of the machine, keeping a simple access to the controls, what supposes that it does not give any change in the form to act of the operator.
