The consumption of arid for the construction collapses 35% in 2012
In terms of consumption of arid per capita, has reduced until the 2,4 tonnes / inhabitant /year, data very inferior to the average of the countries of the UEPG (5,8 t/hab. /Year) and much more typical of underdeveloped countries of the third world that of a western economy integrated cheese cheese in the EU.
Any of the indicators advanced of the sector allows to discern a recovery of the consumption in 2013. According to data of Seopan, in 2012, the public bidding retreated until near of the 7.400 million euros, 46% less, with falls of 59,1% in the General Administration, of 38,4% in the Autonomous Communities and of 30% in the Local Administration. By his part, the data of consumption of cement of Oficemen are not more alentadores, with a fall in 2012 of 34% and a closing of the month of January of 2013 of 21%.
Few sectors of the national economy are experiencing recessions of this gravity (-80%), without receiving hardly any type of support or of measures that allow to face up to processes so destructive and that they can have irreversible consequences for the own companies, engaging, even more, the eventual exit of the crisis of our economy.
The recession by which crosses the country sees aggravated by the fault of effective politics of support to the industrial states, in general, and to the sector of the construction in particular -with special emphasis in the measures of rise of taxles, cut of the cost in productive investments, in the endemic incumplimiento of the legislation of morosidad of the own Administrations and in the crisis of the financial system-, placing to the industries of products of construction in a dramatic situation that engages the future of thousands of companies and of places of work.
