“The problems have them ocasionado we and are we those that have to solve them”
As it began signalling Ricardo Maguregui, the Spanish sector for hire of machinery goes through “a critical situation, of settlement in some cases”, suffocated by numerous problems, many of which have been originated by the own rentals. In this sense signalled of form very graphic that the Spanish sector of the rent has characterised during years for “putting elephants in the cacharrerías”, shattering all that that crossed in his way.
In any case, as it also recognised the general director of Axor Rentals, the positive side of this panorama is that the solution to all these problems is in hands of the own rentals, and goes through to do cost the value that has the service that offer and for dignifying his profession like key element in sectors like the construction.
The big barrier for this improvement in his image follows residing in the fault of unit that follows characterising to the sector of the rent. A desunión that from Aseamac is trying delete, favouring the meeting and the collaboration between the different agents in his breast, and that has had a new plasmación in this day realised in the headquarters of the CEOE.
Bad practices in the exit to the outside
Ricardo Maguregui also wanted to report during his speech of closure that the same excesses that committed in the rent in Spain, and that finished sumiendo to the market in the situation limit that lives at present, are repeating and even surpassing in the initiatives of internationalisation undertaken by some for hire Spanish signatures, which, according to his own words, “are trying to combat his cancer with aspirins”, destroying the markets in which they go in (even in countries where hardly had gone in already this activity).
Besides, the general director of Axor Rentals added that the sector of the rent of machinery in Spain suffers still some lack of professionalism, with some very prepared companies for this business but with other a lot of that are cream out of nowhere and that operate “of hearing”. Companies that, to the dessert, deepen in another of the grave problems that affect to the sector, the one of the constant fallen of the prices, that reproduces year after year, already was in time of economic bonanza or of crisis. “From the years 90 that carry in this sector never have known an inflation in the prices for hire. Always they have gone downwards”, it added.
Before finishing, Ricardo Maguregui remembered the bad experiences that have had in Spain some business initiatives that some wanted to take in his moment like references in the market of the rent and that at the end have showed like mistaken.
Like summary, the vice-president of Aseamac signalled that the problems of the sector have to be resolved by the professionals of this same sector, and from Aseamac wants to assume this challenge giving a service each better day to his associated and improving the paper that has the link of the rent in the chain of the construction. Thus, and after the success of this day, from the association summons to all the rentals of Spain to a new meeting that will take place the next 10 April in Madrid.
