Big comfort of the operator
The wheel loaders DL200-3 and DL250-3 characterise by a new design of cabin that offers better visibility thanks to a frontal section glazed wider and to a greater coverage of the limpiaparabrisas. The new board of instruments integrates a unit of control of the vehicle (VCU). The main menu allows to access to several functions and data of the machine. Some values, like the pressesure, the temperature and the diet of the engine, can see in real time. The operator and the technical personnel can obtain information detailed through the Special Menu.
The cabin has a new compartment refrigerated to keep cool tins and foods. Likewise there is more space to save things behind the seat.
The access to the cabin facilitates with improvements in the asideros and the ladders. The width and the length of the guardabarros have increased to provide a cleaner access to the cabin.
Lower consumption of fuel
So much the DL200-3 like the DL250-3 are instrumented with the engine diesel Doosan DL06K turboalimentado of common pipe (‘common rail') and six cylinders that fulfils the norms of broadcasts of phase IIIB thanks to the use of the technologies of recirculation of the gases of leakage (EGR) and of filter of particles diesel (DPF).
The three ways of available operation (Echo, Normal and Power) allow an optimum consumption of fuel in each application. With the function ‘Power-Up', the operator can happen to the following way of work with only put the foot down the pedal of the accelerator. This function allows to do the travel in the NORMAL way and change to the way POWER when really it need (for example, when collecting material of a battery). It sweep it ECHO provides information in real time on the consumption of fuel regarding the performance of the machine, by what the operator can select the way of driving adapted to achieve the optimum consumption of fuel.
Is possible to establish a password for the start of the machine. If it is activated the ralentí automatic, the diet of the engine goes down some 200 rpm after 10 seconds without that there is movement of the machine. The ralentí automatic is ideal in applications with long waits, as when loading trucks. His use reduces the consumption of fuel until 8%.
Hydraulics system and differential axles improved
To the equal that all the wheel loaders Doosan of the new generation, the models DL200-3 and DL250-3 are instrumented with pumps of pistones hydraulics variables and controlled by detection of the load, that improve the performance and diminish the consumption of fuel. With the detection of the load, the hydraulics pumps receive a signal of the valve of main control that informs of the quantity of oil that needs . Agricultural works.
When it is active the system of blockade of the embrague, the driver can accionar the pedal of brake for desconectar the transmission of the engine so that 100% of the power of the engine go to the hydraulics system. In consequence, the movements speed up , the strength of start maximiza and the consumption of fuel reduces . The operator can adjust the pressesure of the brakes for the activation.
The new axles ZF with differentials of slide limited (LSD) of type II offer a greater durability and an useful life longer. The resistance to the rodadura of the axles has reduced , what comports an improvement of the traction and a decrease of the consumption of fuel. The customers have the possibility to choose axles ZF with hydraulics blockade of the differentials. This function active by means of a pedal or of automatic form, depending on the resistance to the pair in first and second speed. The system of hydraulics blockade offers lower resistance to the rodadura that the system of slide limited.
The fan of the radiador, of hydraulics operation, controls by means of the unit of electronic control (ECU). From the cabin can change manually the steering of the fan to clean the radiador without having to turn off the engine. The intervals of investment of the fan (between 30 minutes and 2 hours) can define by means of the menu.
Durability and ease of service
The arm of elevation of both loaders has reinforced with the placing of a thicker metal in the crowbar of inclination.
A system of automatic control forward allows that the operator store a low position and a high. The function of “desenganche” to raise the feather speeds up the cycles. Also they can save positions to “go back to excavate”.
A new cinematic and a bigger cylinder in the arm of elevation have allowed that the main pressesure increase in the hydraulics system forward, with an equivalent increase in the strengths of start and of elevation.

The greater opening angle of the lateral door facilitates the works of maintenance of the machine. The lateral doors pivotantes allow a comfortable access to the backside to clean the new radiador, formed by an alone block.
The increase of the space in the compartimiento of the engine guarantees an easy access to components such like filters, valves and batteries for his maintenance. The operator can establish and supervise the time that remains until the following review. If it surpasses the period of maintenance, will appear a message of warning.
In addition to offering more characteristic of series that other machines of his existent size in the market, the wheel loaders DL200-3 and DL250-3 have an assortment expanded of options, like the electrical steering.
