ANAGRUAL is officially on October 9, 1979; as a result of the initiative of a group of businessmen from different communities, which after three years of meetings and study, and given the need for a set of agreements that would enable the rationalization of the activity of the rental of cranes, which was the common link, they decided to take the step forward to creating ANAGRUAL.

With the passage of the years has increased the number of cluster, currently with representation in all the autonomous communities. In these years has consolidated our presence as a unique representative of the Sector, umbrella organization of interests which unite the companies that compose it.

The objectives that is marked ANAGRUAL

1. Represent, manage, defend, promote and encourage the professional, General and common interests of its members, determined by the branch of economic and business activity to which they belong, first of all kind of public and private organizations.
2. Study, propose and establish appropriate measures in the areas of its competence, affecting the interests of affiliates, to help restructure, develop and order the Sector of the rental of cranes, as well as its coordination with other modalities for the provision of services and related industries.
3. Participate in the regulation of issues relating to the improvement of the concurrence of the market, access to the profession and to cooperate in information prices and rates, intervening in previous instance in the arbitration concerning unfair competition.
4. Appear before the Administration and other public agencies for the defence of professional interests in charge, assuming, through its organs or limbs, representations or statutory provisions to establish or recognize.
5. Establishment of the services of legal, Fiscal, economic, administrative management, insurance, financing, hiring of works, databases or cranes parks, stations service, workshops, cranes technical review cabinets, supplies, advertising and, in general, all those who may be of interest to members and companies of the branch of activity, without more limitations than those established by the laws and the rules governing them.
6. Resolve through the relevant body of arbitration, issues which are subject, either by statutory provision, or by the parties.
7. Issuing opinions and expertise, as well as studying problems generically affecting its affiliates and, in particular, those related to costs, prices, market, economic and social planning, joint, interregional, labour, socio-economic and legal relations by providing its members much information suits them, even by publishing newsletters, publications and magazines.
8. Organizing conferences, conventions and public meetings to present and discuss papers on topics of common interest.
9. Channel the participation of their members in the management and responsibility of the provincial business groups, regional and national of the cranes rental Sector of public service.

As major achievements of our grouping over its years of activity, we can highlight the following:

• Normative pioneer in Spain has actively participated, for seven years, in the drafting of the Royal Decree 837/2003 of 27 June, which approves the new text amended and consolidated the complementary technical instruction MIE-AEM-4 of the regulation of equipment lifting and materials handling relating to "self-propelled cranes".
• He managed offerings and agreements so that their cluster in those products or services needed for of cranes, with solvent companies and enterprises at competitive prices.
• He teaches courses of operator of mobile crane, through their regional or associated companies.
• It has achieved very advantageous agreements with the Ministry of development and the General Directorate of traffic for our vehicles.
• It has developed a specific collective agreement for the sector of mobile cranes in accordance with social organizations.
• It is involved in projects relating to the cranes sector occupational risk prevention.
• You have deployed a specific basic course of the operator mobile crane and truck crane.
