Separador Of metals by detection inductiva and blown: it allows high volumes of material processed
The team R-Sim developed by Regulator-Cetrisa allows to detect any metal and separate it of the rest of materials no metallic.
The principle of operation of the separador of metals by detection inductiva and blown (R SIM) is based in the disposal of a group of sensors of high efficiency, that cover all the width of the team. A metal on a detector produces a signal that processes to high speed thanks to an advanced electronic (CPU). It acts then on a complex pneumatics system that realises the physical separation. A studied distribution of the detectors, the high capacity of processed of the information and a cuidar system of valvulería pneumatics allow that the metal was “blown”, modifying his path and separating it of the natural path of the rest of materials.
