Self-propelled Atomizador: instrumented with a dispersor of sulphur of double feeder
The self-propelled atomizador Atom 2000 of Andreoli, that commercialises Domag Iberian, S.A., has a chassis in zinc, forged in hot. So much the cabin like the bodywork are manufactured in fibre of glass. Besides, the cabin is presurizada, insonorizada with air prefiltrado and conditioned.
It has of an engine diesel turboalimentado, of 4 cylinders, of the mark VM, model SUN 4105 YOU, of 105 CV, refrigerated by air.
The atomizador, whose capacity of the cisterna is of 2.200 l, including the circuit of wash of the bomb, has a bomb Comet IDS 1400, of membranes with cabeceras of bronze, and selectable steering of 3 ways: 4 steeringal wheels, 2 steeringal wheels and of 'crab'.
The agitador of the mix in the cisterna, that incorporates a premezclador stainless for fitofármacos, is of triple flow, and produces 630 l/min, to only 5 bar of pressesure of the bomb. In fact, the system takes advantage of the pressesure of the bomb, the discharge that does not go out by the filters and that goes back to the cisterna, more the water of the cisterna that reintegra by effect 'venturi'. Besides, there is other two stirrers that proceed to the mix at the bottom of the cisterna.
It has of 14 filters of double broadcast with device antigoteo. Can supply filters Albuz ATR or platelets of ceramics, to election of the customer. Besides, has a fan of 12 shovels regulables with embrague electromagnetic, that provide ventilation with correction and recovery of the air. This guarantees a totally uniform broadcast right-left and avoids the circulation of product powdered and the aspiration of the dust and the leaves of the backside.
The atomizador includes a kit electrical of regulation of pressesure with 2 electrovalves for the closing of the filters of right and left.
The Atom 2000 measures 5,10 m of long, 1,60 of width and 1,45 m of high, and weighs 2.400 kg.
