Replacement particulate filters: available for almost all car models
Brain produces filters particulate respirators (FAP) spare specific for almost all models of car that van provided them, proposing the regeneration of the filter replacing the monolith with a new product of equal quality.
Brain has 100 cpsi with high performance filters available and sensitive to jam, and FAP to 100 cpsi's longest and greater filtering capacity.
Filter carry or trap is the only economically convenient device available today to bring down the subtle dust emitted by a diesel engine by incomplete combustion. The FAP system currently in use on diesel cars is shown capable of taking down up to 99.7% of the particles, while with a Dpf is 95%. It's a monolith in silicon carbide impregnated with Platinum and Palladium in which the channels are alternately open and closed; the gas entering the filter is forced by the particular geometry by extremely porous walls where it leaves the particles coming out clean. Over time and depending on how the engine is used, the filter becomes clogged by the accumulation of dust particles. This planned spontaneous regeneration primed engine, the DPF either catalyzed fluid Eolys, known also as the charcoal in the FAP.
