Unlike the repaired engines, which removed only to the extent that the fault is accessible, a remanufactured engine, is completely disassembled, cleaned, and revised. Each piece must pass stringent quality controls before mounting.
The Remanufactured engine incorporates existing design improvements of its series, including the later incorporated to its date of manufacture.
The basic engine includes engine block crankshaft, gasket, connecting rods, Pistons, camshafts, set axis balancers, set of cylinder head valve train with rocker cover, carter, oil pump and front cover.
Warranty of 2 years and 2,000 hours (agricultural applications) or 1 year and without limitation of hours (OEM, industrial, construction, forestry applications).
