Atlas Copco has inside his aims, the purpose to diminish the consumption of power of his equipment. For this develops each day products more efficient and solutions to optimise the energetic performance of the installations of air compressesed as well as the aprovechamiento of the power of the process.

One of the most important points for the aprovechamiento of the power of the installation is the recovery of the heat of compressesion put that, until 94% of the electrical power consumed for the production of air compressesed turns into heat and loses by radiation in the process of compressesion.

For this Atlas Copco has developed the Power Recovery, recuperadores of power that take advantage of the heat generated in the process of compressesion to heat water until 90 ºC being able to arrive to recover until more than 90% of the available power.
