Controllers for compressesors of screw: they contribute to improve the performance of the compressesors of screw with injection of oil
Atlas Copco enters his new generation of controllers in all his range of compressesors of screw with injection of oil GA/GA+/GA VSD of 11-90 kW. The new Elektronikon Graphic and the integrated cheese cheese systems of energetic saving IS4/6i contribute notably to improve the performance of the compressesors and reduce the operative costs. Besides, the visualisation on line allows the remote monitoring and anticipate the needs of maintenance.
Atlas Copco has combined his experience and knowledges to create the fifth generation of the controller Elektronikon Chart (installed of series in the models GA+/GA VSD) and expand the system of energetic saving (IS). The IS6i allows to control simultaneously until 6 compressesors with accionamiento of variable or fixed speed.
This range of compressesors of screw with injection of oil GA/GA+/GA VSD (11-90kW) is allocated to a variety of applications and industries, including workshops, lines of setting, packaging, automotive sector, carpentries, printers, textile, manufacture of materials of construction, production and moldeado of plastics as well as activities of gas and oil.
The compressesor of screw with injection of oil Atlas Copco, thanks to the big reliability of his components (element compressesor, refrigerators, engine…), offers an upper performance so much in free air supplied (FAD) as in requirement of specific power (BE). Joined to the controls of high level, the global efficiency improvement still more with the optimisation of the complete system, redundant all this in some lower operative costs. The improvement of these controls and of the capacities of communication allows to our customers leave always by in front.
