Genebre, S.A. - Suction adapters

After rigorous proofs of resistance and controls of quality, Genebre has launched to the market his new generation of suction adapters of brass forged system RAC-GE for the hermetical union of pipes of plastic. The racores present an external structure that facilitates the installation of the rácor. The renewed system of tighten RAC-GE guarantees a maximum hygiene and reliability for the connection of tubes in installations hidrosanitarias and of heating, with temperatures of work of -20 °C to +110 °C. It is especially adapted for the union of tubes of polietileno of drop, average and high density, and the suction adapters can be used to different levels of pressesure, being the most common use with water to a maximum pressesure of 16 bar.

The singularity and efficiency of this system of tighten roots mainly in the ring of tighten. The ring of tighten, patented by Genebre and manufactured in brass cromado, incorporates a system of fixation by points that guarantees a safe subjection of the rácor to the pipe. Likewise, it contributes the necessary elasticity for an easy setting and desmontaje of the accessory.

The system of tighten RAC-GE has been designed to be able to to mount the tube directly in the racor, as long as the tube was properly deburring and no present an ovalación considerable. However, it advises follow the operation of attachment in the tube disassembling the racor and placing the elements on the pipe according to the following order:

1. Disassemble the nut of the body of the racor and insert it in the tube.

2. Enter in the tube the ring of tighten, the ring tope and the board tórica, in this order.

3. Situate the tube with the previous components in the body of the racor until it do tope.

4. Finally, tighten the nut in the body of the rácor.

Of fast attachment, and without need of specific tools, the system Rac-GE allows to reduce notably the time of union racor-pipe, what guarantees greater competitiveness to the professional and increases the profitability of each project. The system composes of a complete range of accessories that solve any need of installation, by complex that this was, ensuring a high resistance and total estanqueidad: racor straight, elbows and tes, in his different male versions, female and attachments. All the references are available from 1/2" to 4", being the ones of 2½", 3" and 4" with union bridada.

In the case of the renewed system of tighten Rac-GE, realise randomly proofs of resistance in a bank of proofs where subjects to the group to the maximum pressesure to verify that the component that limits the resistance of the installation in no case will be the racor, but the pipe of plastic, without producing any escape during this process.
