"Growth" series water cooling equipment are monoblock units, condensed water, carried out in version with internal tank or external deposit (V). They are available in the modular (C), with the possibility of combination with several models also with different power and projection in the future.
"Growth" series is particularly suitable for the cooling of moulds of machines for the processing of plastic and any other industrial process. Main features: • ecological Gas R407C.
• Rotary compressors Scroll groups.
• With a coefficient of performance (COP) up to 6.
• Automatic rotation of compressors start-up.
• Condenser Tube bundle of copper or plates in stainless steel of high coefficient of water-gas exchange.
• Filter dryer of molecular sieve indicator • liquid • solenoid valve solenoid.
• Thermostatic valve.
• Flow switch for the water flow control.
• Safety pressure switches for high and low gas pressure.
• Pressure switch for lack of water.
• Evaporator Tube bundle of copper or plates in stainless steel of high coefficient of water-gas exchange.
• Damping to limit the transmission of the centrifugal compressors • Electropump vibracione of recirculating the water with non-return valve (pump spare optional).
• Manual bypass, or modulated automatically according to order.
• Internal or external accumulator tank for "V" version • group of water for the version with internal tank.
• Control box, with IP55 protection, consisting of electronic instrument with microprocessor for the programming and the visual representation of the (also available in remote version) operating temperatures.
• Chassis painted steel or galvanised (Z) for installation outdoors without shelter.
"Growth" series refrigeration equipment can be combined with special batteries of series cooling "BR" for the circuit cooling and condensation to create sparing "RBW" type cooling systems.
