All this scenario has changed substantially in recent years as a result of the economic crisis and by the constant increase in the rates of energy (gas, electricity and petroleum).
This makes that they forced to optimize resources, including energy, in order to maintain its economic competitiveness.
In addition, we should add, that the vast majority of actions undertaken des administrations and departments both at national and European level, appear very targeted to large multinational companies where the problems and the real needs of SMEs and trades, are not fully reflected.
This preliminary analysis of SMEs, was born the second edition of VOLT.
