Alabama is a business that brings together manufacturers and distributors of detergents and of cleaning and maintenance products used in the home, both employees in institutional, professional and industrial applications.
The Association is created under the aegis of law 19/1977 on freedom of Association, although the existence of this sectoral grouping dates from the mid 1950s. Within the Association are both companies to market products for domestic consumption as the industrial and institutional.
The Association represents a tremendously competitive, dynamic economic sector, and that makes a continuous effort of innovation to meet the needs of consumers with products increasingly safer and more compatible with the environment.
The objectives of Alabama are the defence of the interests of the companies she belonging and the development and progress of the sector, always within the utmost respect for the rules of free competition.
