30% of the companies of Quimacova has used the stock exchange of work to offer or sue employment

30% of the companies that integrate the Chemical and Environingingmental Association of the Chemical Sector of the Valencian Community (Quimacova) have used already the service of the stock exchange of employment specialised that the association puts to his scope to offer or sue some place of work from his operation.

The aim of this stock exchange of employment, specialised in the chemical sector, is to agglutinate to all those demandantes of employment with learning and specific experience of this sector, and that those people that already have worked in companies of this bouquet can be recommended.

In this sense, many of the demandantes of employment come from of the more than 20 courses of specific learning for the chemical sector that Quimacova is developing along this year. The courses that contemplates the Plan of Learning pretend to strengthen the learning of the operario of plant, essential for the chemical work.

Of the wall of 500 people that have realised these courses, 30% of them are unemployed, and a percentage already has found an employment through the stock exchange of work of Quimacova. A small sample of the evolution of the creation of the employment that generate the chemical companies Valencians that belong to Quimacova.
