Thermoplay lands on the K 2010 with its technology for injection

Thermoplay will show their mouthpieces for moulds for the production of parts multicavidad particularly suitable for special pieces of medical sector of tubular shape. It is well known for a long time especially on manufactured of tubular shape with length relatively high on its diameter is extremely difficult to prevent movements that descentren the male, with the consequent variations in the thickness of wall in the injected piece.

The structure, similar to that of the DN series nozzles allow a quick and easy accommodation of incorporating this into the mold, with a double ring of sealed / close which makes it very difficult to a possible loss of plastics. The heat of the nozzle body profile and the isolation of the own CAP in the accommodation of the mold matrix benefit from the experience gained by Thermoplay in this field and allow the use of parameters aligned with those advised by the producers of plastics. Finally, and as in all cases of lateral injection, the phase of extraction of the piece contributes to obtain a free from all kinds of imperfections, as well as hardly visible injection point.

With this application Thermoplay transferred all its most recent innovations in the field of systems to hot channel for the injection of plastics blow molding injection sector (Aoki, Nissei ASB machines or similar).

In the most widespread application the injection phase consists of a block of distribution not balanced with supportive nozzles to the Distributor block. The nozzles are often to free flow and are only heated by heat transfer by thermal conduction of the distribution plate.

The Thermoplay solution is made up of a distributor with channels of power balanced fluidodinámicamente, the nozzles are linked only by mechanical compression (nozzles to ras). Thermoplay SpA has developed a new system of hot channel for molding by injection of parts of large dimensions as bumper, spoiler, door, for bodies of cars and trucks, among others also of large pieces such as appliances and televisions, and pallet for the packaging sector. In this type of applications the use of the sequential control injection improves the aesthetic aspect and the mechanical properties of castings controlling lines of Union of the flow of the material. This type of application only requires a system with nozzles of considerable lengths to compensate for the effects of dilation of the hot channel.

The new system of injection Thermoplay provides that the nozzles, with or without sealing groups, can be mounted with different inclinations and attached to the plate of distribution, ensuring a perfect perpendicular to the plane of injection.

An innovative Board system which distributes the dilatations within distribution plate, allows to use nozzles without any limitation in relation to the minimum length depending on the distance of the centering device element. Systems to seal guaranteeing greater security thanks to the presence of a proximity micro-interruptor mounted in each group of shutter, connected to the alarm of the press, authorizes injection with open shutter avoiding anomalous situations of injection with closed shutters. Each group of seal has a circuit of cooling/conditioning that prevents, the elements of tightness, all risks of thermal solicitation.

The new TH-M6 temperature controller is available in configurations with more than 18 and up to 48 zones, always configured in multiples of 6. The driver is attached to a closet and the technical characteristics are the same for all the possible configurations, i.e. synchronous increased temperatures regardless of the thermal inertia of the different areas; function 'slave', in the case of thermocouple interrupted/cut each zone can be connected to another with thermal behavior analogous, at the choice of the operator.
