Deplan performs the 'acoustic municipal plans' Onda (Castellón), and Petrer and Elda (Alicante)

The PAM of Onda (Castellón), and Petrer (Alicante) have already been approved by the area of environmental quality, of the directorate-general for climate change, of the Conselleria de Medi Ambient, Aigua, urbanism i Habitatge in the Valencian Community. Elda (Alicante) is in phase of completion and delivery to the City Hall of Elda.
In this respect, article 22 of law 7/2002, 3 December, of protection against noise pollution, establishes the obligation to carry out acoustic municipal plans for all municipalities of more than 20,000 inhabitants.
