Ends the deadline to submit the study of hazardous waste minimisation

The minimisation study it must submit all the companies that generate hazardous wastes, whether industries, companies of services or small producers. Hazardous wastes are defined by legislation and by the European list of waste, taking into account the Catalan legislation considered special waste waste that the legislation on State and community considers dangerous.
The minimisation study must be submitted in writing to the autonomous community within the time limits established by the regulations:
-If the date of commencement of activities of the Centre is subsequent to July 6, 2001, producing hazardous waste of new implementation activities must present the study of minimization, as too late, at the time of commencement of the activity, and in any case where in the process of legalization is thus required. Once presented the first study, its renewal must take place every four years from the date of submission of the first one.
-On the other hand, if the date of commencement of activities of the Centre was before 6 July 2001, is should have presented the study on that date. But if the first study was submitted after the established deadline, the validity of this ended on date of July 6, 2005, although they transcurriesen statutory age four, and so forth.
