All new models of machines Silver ETH applied today a modern and high performance system of open source EtherCAT, based on 100 Mbaud Ethernet. The technological advantages include the transmission of data via cable with high speed and high resolution, a performance not related to the amount of data, thereby reducing the duration of the production cycle and optimizing the speed, as well as a perfect and complete assistance of remote diagnosis that goes to the heart of the servo motor control. Each machine is equipped with a modem/router with UMTS PCMCIA Board to connect the machine to be welded to the system of remote diagnosis, even without connection to broadband Internet.

The company shows at the fair a soldering machine with Wicket collection system for automatic packaging bags (food, diapers, toilet paper, etc.). This device controls the lateral sliding of the film and print registration so that customized detection automatically adjust the position of accessories to ensure the limitation of the resources required by this type of packaging. In addition, it adopts a system of automatic discharge of bags of packaging through the addition of a wire of metal (for food) or a plastic closure (for medical devices) and a semi-automatic quick change of coil, which improves the work of unloading of the machine. As a result, the operator has more time for the final control of the packing and the quality of the product.

Currently, Scae offers sealing machines with all inclusive to produce any kind of security bags

Sealing machines dedicated to the production of bags for express mail, and in particular for safety of SEEA bags have achieved advanced technological innovations. Security bags can be used to transport that require security, by the police to preserve the evidence, in the duty-free shops to ensure a standard of security on taking liquids on aircraft, and in other sectors where protection against manipulation of the contents is necessary. These specific uses of the stock exchanges required the development of welding techniques side as 'empty container' with widths of up to 15 mm on each side of the bag, in addition to the placement of the serial, barcode numberspaper labels and other identification and tracking systems. This type of bags often need simultaneous application in each element that make it difficult for the work of the operator.

Currently, Scae offers sealing machines with all inclusive to produce any type of security, with 'tamper evident' bags simply glued or welded to the bag, sealed side to edge, 'shoppers' and packaging to vacuum up to 15 mm with profiles of welding straight or preformed to make difficult the manipulation of the stock market.

SEEA also offers a set of accessories that can be added to the machine serial number, code of bars or encoders of thermal transfer, thermoadhesives (hot-melt) with gear pump, a modern scanner and system of quality control. The latter system can automatically verify if the different printed barcodes in the bag are correct (sometimes up to four) and automatically print labels to attach in the boxes with the information about the serial numbers of the bags contained codes and the missingdue to the waste of production. All the operations that the operator meets today become automatic and, therefore, this allows an increase in production and in terms of quality control in response to the needs of security in this section of the market
