Quimacova Organises a day of update on the obligations and adaptations of the REACH and CLP

The meeting will do special incidence in the most recent rule that forces to the providers to keep informed to his customers of the dangers of the substances that sell.
The technical part of the exhibition of the new obligations and of the methodology that have to implement the intermediate companies will come of the hand of Aqualogy.
In this sense, another of the aims of the day is to facilitate to the assistants the necessary knowledges to the companies of the chemical sector on the way in that they have to classify the substances or his mixes, how have to fill up the index cards of data of hygiene and how have to reetiquetarse the chemical products once transformed.
The day will serve to remember that the European Agency of Chemical products, THROWS, forces to all the companies to label and pack all the chemicals according to the criteria of the Regulation CLP.
Likewise, to fulfil with the specifications of the regulation REACH the companies had to update the Index cards of Data of hygiene so much of the substances as of the mixes, before 1 December 2012.
