Wireless monitoring: client-Server concept
PlantMaster system marketed by Aguilar & Pineda partners, supports the connection of multiple plants to a central server.
In the remote site, M-Servers to WDL-Servers, connected by a phone line or your company's Intranet links machines with the central computer system. A "consolidation multi-website module" in the PlantMaster central server enables the integration of reports of all plants in a single report.
PlantMaster can easily integrate with the client's ERP system. A standard interface, the order and product data are transferred from the ERP system and imported into the PlantMaster database.
Integrated export functionality allows an easy production, production, time calculations data collection work in course and performance indicators from the PlantMaster to the ERP system.
PlantMaster uses standard protocols in TCP / IP for integration with the host computer.
PlantMaster can use two types of network: wired or wireless to connect machines to a central server. The machines are equipped with Data ship Units for automatic exchange of data, as well as collecting data manually or directly connected to the server via an Ethernet interface.
