The important feature of the evaporators ELT/S is given by the possibility of evaporation by vacuum at low temperatures maintaining and improving the organoleptic characteristics of the grape juice.

Della Toffola technicians, thanks to its experience in the sector, have created a plant adapted to the enrichment of white and red grape that contributes to obtain wines with organoleptic characteristics of quality even in the presence of difficult vintages.

It is the evaporator, monobloc version, mounted on a frame of stainless steel and formed by a deposit of evaporation, refrigerating unit condensed water, vacuum pump, heat exchanger plates, water and electric control panel entry regulation system.
