Terminals for dosage: 4 Independent filling jobs can be handled
The Compact terminal MDS-PLC is a touchscreen with integrated PLC. 4 Independent filling stations can be managed with it. All types of sensors that supply 24 VDC impulses can be connected. For each position filling is made a separate tail correction, as well as the closing of the valve with a programmable timeout. For each channel, there is a way out of tolerance of the dosage that controls at all times that the dosage is within the pre-set tolerance.
The dosage can be through external inputs or the terminal itself, both in the opening and the closing.
All inputs and outputs can be connected at the back of the touch screen.
The MDS-PLC Compact terminal can be used in dosing machines with up to four stations filling.
Using this compact terminal filling machines manufacturers can be integrated quickly dispensing functions. Don't need no automat, since the Compact terminal management is carried out by external inputs or through the touch screen.
