Technology of lubricación: between mechanised in dry and lubricación conventional
MQL (Minimum Quantity of Lubricante) situates to an intermediate step between the mechanised in dry and the lubricación conventional, developed by Intza.
This technology of lubricación reduces drastically the consumption of fluid of cutting and guaranteeing a suitable level of lubricación. While in the lubricación conventional produces a flood of fluid in the zones of mechanised, the systems MQL dampen strictly the zone of cutting (tool, piece, and shaving) with very little quantity of lubricante, in such a way that it optimises the consumption of fluid, reducing it until 96%.
When treating of systems of pulverización that allow to project through pulses the oil mixed with air to pressesure, can regulate so that the consumption was the possible minimum. Even in some operations has arrived to reduce the time of mechanised of 3h 30', what supposes a saving of time of machine very important.
In the systems MQL substitutes the manual operation of lubricated of the tool by the automatic activation of the exit of lubricante from the numerical control, avoiding the entrance of the operario in the machine.
In optimum conditions of application achieves a lubricación autoconsumible, without rests of lubricante in the piece mechanised neither in the shaving and, thus, with an environingingmental pollution practically invalid.
