Tangential filters: with spiral membranes
MTW filters are produced by the Group Della Toffola's DT Separtech and use spiral membranes for micro-filtration, from own production, made in polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polivinildenofluoruro.
These membranes allow the total retention of suspended solids, microorganisms, colloids and high-molecular-weight components present in the product to try, without modifying any initial parameter for this.
Dt Separtech spiral membranes using filtered products seen increased the intensity of the perfumes and aromas.
MTW filters allow treated musts, wines, Vinegars in the clarification phase containing bentonite, PVPP and carbon.
Membranes spiral, with a degree of filtering between 0.1 to 1 micron, are adapted for clarification of musts, wines and Vinegars.
You can filter products with turbidity maximum of 4000 NT guaranteeing an output less than 1 NTU turbidity.
They can be manual, semi-automatic or automatic configuration.
It is always easy to use plants, is not required the continued presence of personnel to any of the models are equipped with security systems and control even in the manual versions.
They are built in stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 l, gaskets and seals are Viton silicone.
