System for the manufacturing of automatic requests: it allows a compact storage combined with a high performance of expulsion
SSI Schäfer Has developed the compact system for the manufacturing of automatic requests, Mutlitec.
A compact storage in combination with a high performance of expulsion of products, of until three units by second, confers to the system optimum possibilities for the manufacturing of automatic requests in crowd of sectors, from the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry, as in the gestión of requests of products packed in the optical sector, electrical and electronic, for putting some examples.
Multitec Is a system of manufacturing of requests totally automatic, that has been especially developed like a compact and economic group that cover the needs of picking of the products of average and low rotation in warehouses highly automated. However, his modular structure, compact and economic converts them also in an ideal option for small manual warehouses, as his implementation can constitute with guarantees the first phase of automation of the same.
In big warehouses of distribution, his development allows to the system the possibility to manage in a space reduced a big quantity of articles and covers the gap between the systems automated more usual and the rest of the tasks of picking realised manually.
In addition to the high level of quality of the system, the big speed of expulsion guarantees a high performance in the manufacturing of requests, even in tips of work and diminishes at the same time the taxles of errors when reducing the operative manual. These characteristics guarantee that this system was especially adapted to places of work that involve the utilisation of crowd of articles.
The automaton Multitec consists in two modules of shelves of baldas bent, with five levels each one, had to both sides of a strip colectora. Each level can house until 32 channels of different products, with a depth of 60 cm and with the possibility to adjust to suitability the width of each channel. Like this, in each module (of roughly 2,5 m of length and 2 m of width) can have until 320 channels for a compact storage of the products.
These modules are combinable between himself and with other systems of manufacturing of requests, what confers to the system a modularidad and possibilities of implantation highly flexible.
The levels where find the channels are bent to the interior of the module, where a strip transportadora had in the central corridor collects the products. So that they do not mix the products of different requests, the strip transportadora is divided, of virtual form, in different zones, called windows of request, on which are expelled the products of each request to a speed of until 3 articles by channel and second.
The products are situated in distinct levels sobrepuestos, designed to take advantage of to the maximum the available space and facilitate the replacement of products anytime. The units are dispensed of form entirely automatic on the strip colectora, which transports the products to the point of load for the filled of the cubeta. The replacement of the channels can llevar of simultaneous form to the manufacturing of the requests.
