The ebulliometer Microebu allows you to determine directly and accurately the alcoholic strength of the dry wines of normal Constitution, sparkling wines, wines and alcohol-free beers, beers, ciders, and hydroalcoholic solution; in a way simple and fast.
The boiling temperature of dry wines is a function of its alcoholic wealth, altitude and atmospheric pressure. Point the temperatures of boiling water and wine that analyze and report to a disk of calculation that gives directly the alcoholic strength by volume with an accuracy of 0.1% Vol.
