Microfiltration equipment: they allow the removal of colloidal particles, cells of yeasts and bacteria contained in wine
This type of filter allows the removal of colloidal particles, cells of yeasts and bacteria contained in the wine. For best results this operation must be made immediately before bottling to ensure that wine is not contaminated.
They are built entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel and come with butterfly valves connected to the input and the output, ½ ball valve ' on the curve entrance, sanitary valve ½' on the curve of output, connections in the input and output DIN 11851. Fastening of cartridges is of type bayonet but on request can be supplied with enclosures with different attachments. Also available single or multiple housings adapted are to contain filter cartridges or lenticular module elements.
