Machine of dispersion on line: for the induction, incorporation and free dispersion of dust of solids in a liquid
Ystral Conti-TDS Is a machine for the induction, incorporation and free dispersion of dust of solids in a liquid. It is designed according to the principle rotor-stator and creates the empty sufficient to induce the dust to the zone of shearing of the liquid current by himself alone.
On the contrary that other machines of dispersion, the Conti-TDS places in the outside of the tank instead of in his interior. With this configuration, all the power converts for the incorporation and dispersion of the dust, in the small volume of the cabezal of dispersion.
The main advantages of the Conti-TDS are: I handle without dust, without losses, without decantations and without need of any filter; direct induction from sacks, BigBag or container of dust; immediate and direct incorporation to the liquid current, without wet partial or incrustaciones in the wall of the tank or in the axis, high level of dispersion compared with the systems of mix and traditional and greater dispersion flexibility, since, when treating of an external system, can use for several tanks.
