Floats: they include one or two functional separation tanks

Picture of Floats
Continuous flotation retains an important role in the holds of large dimensions and for this need Della Toffola performs floats model FLCV that include one or two functional tanks of separation.

Once pressurized, liquid gas included in the form of bubbles which adhere to the feces of the wort by dragging them to the surface of the separation tank released. In this deposit applies a mechanical extraction system in continuous sludge. FLCV floats are constructed so they separate on one side must clean and the other MUDs, which eventually can be filtered with the vacuum cleaner.

The plant is composed of:-Group packaged of dosage, saturation and separation on chassis stainless AISI 304 (as option with bentonite deposit) with feeding pump and Peristaltic bentonite continuous dosing pumps, gelatin, silica salt and collector of mixing the juice with adjuvants.

-Tanks for the preparation and storage of adjuvants; the bentonite and gelatin lead agitator.

-Saturator in stainless steel AISI 304 formed by a vertical container to dissolve the gas pressure of 6 bar after appropriate filtration and measuring.

-Valves with micrometric adjustment at the entrance and the exit of the liquid.

-Electronic device for automatic level control.

-Separate the purified liquid centrifugal pumps and sludge.

-Deposit and unmerge cells in AISI 304 stainless steel, of circular form with flat bottom.

-Removal of feces from the must takes place with a system of rotation with motor Variator fitted.

-Clean liquid is separated at the bottom and then collected in an annular space where the level is regulated.

-Clean liquid is poured into the side tanks from which is automatically sucked by the pump.

-Connections, pipes and electric box, command and control of stainless steel AISI 304.

-Saturator with a capacity of approximately 2.5 l to determine the amount of adjuvants to be added to the wort.

-Options: sensor of turbidity and electro-mechanical sieve.

Models: FLCV 2 (200 hl/h) and FLCV 3 (300 hl/h).
