Explosive gases and CO2 infrared detectors: unlike other technologies, the presence of the gas to be detected does not reduce the lifetime of the sensor
DiREX is the new detector for infrared technology for the detection of explosive gases and CO2.
DiREX has been specially designed for:-installations with presence of inhibitors or poisonous gases from catalytic detectors – pellistors. Direx is not affected by these gases.
-In atmospheres where there is no presence of oxygen. DiREX, unlike pellistors, does not need oxygen for their functioning.
-In the detection of CO2 by infrared, unlike other technologies, the presence of the gas to be detected does not reduce the useful life of the sensor. DiREX is not affected by this phenomenon.
-Installations in which peacekeeping operations should help minimize. DiREX only requires review every 3 years.
Available gases; pentane, ethane, oxide ethylene, propylene, natural gas, propane, butane, methane and CO2.Optical indications for loop and sensor fault.Optical indications of fault loop and sensor.ol (CO2) optical loop and sensor fault indications.
Optional programmable alarm relay module: 1 programmable alarm level, instant/retarded disconnection programming delay disconnection and initial relay idle state.
Calibrated in factory with target gas: do not need to be recalibrated in the installation.
