Beckhoff has connection technique to a monitor situated at a distance of up to 100 m of the industrial PC.
The generation of Beckhoff monitors with Multitouch screens for industrial use provide a wide range in terms of sizes of pantalla.or, cable and installation costs are reduced. Another advantage is the use of purely passive screens. CP-Link 4 technology is compatible with series multi-touch monitor of Beckhoff, CP29xx-0010 and CP39xx-0010.

CP-Link-4 technology is integrated directly in the multi series passive monitor. The following connection variants are available: Display Link of a single cable: in a single cable solution the signal DVI and USB 2.0 as well as the 24 V power supply is transmitted through a single cable. Transmitter box CU8803 supplies power to the monitor using a CAT-7 cable up to 100 m in length. CU8803 box can be connected to any PC via a DVI and USB cable and requires a 24 v power supply
Display Link of two cables: in this variant of connection, signal DVI and USB 2.0 is transferred through a cable CAT 7. In the PC connecting the transmitter enclosure CU8802 through DVI and USB or PCIe C9900-E276 module is integrated in an IPC from Beckhoff. The power supply has been designed separately and can be connected, p. ej., for solutions with parallel wiring emergency stop.
