Complete ovens: capacity for eight trucks
System of operation by each car: Turbine, entrance of air, exit of air and entrance of smoke. With this achieves uniformity in the product, in temperature and colour.
Indicated to dry, estufar, redden, bake, ahumar and duchar.
The temperatures oscillate from 35º á 110 °C aprox.
Instrumented with a microprocessor that realises the following provision:
- Regularisation of temperature camera.
- Regularisation relative Humidity.
- Probe heart
- Regulation by Delta "T".
- Regulation of the times of process.
- Memorisation of 99 programs.
- Control of trampillas, showers, motors, valvulería and ahumado.
It is optional to instrument it with register of temperature, group of cleaning, abertura of the door and peephole.
It can be accionado to: steam, gas or diesel.
