Schäfer Pickomat
Automatic warehouse: compact
The Pickomat of Schäfer is a compact automatic warehouse that it can be used like system of autonomous storage, warehouse lung, warehouse of spare parts, manufacturing of requests, etc.
The system bases in a corridor of storage of four modules served by an arm elevador on which circulates horizontally a device extractor. The commodity deposits in trays of metallic storage, and the entrance and exit of materials effects in two windows of presentation practised in the structure of closing that covers entirely the system.
Thanks to his modular design, Pickomat can be used in warehouses of 6 until 12 m of height, in increases of 100 mm. The height of the material to store can vary of only some millimetres until the 750 mm. For a better aprovechamiento of the warehouse, has designed a way of dynamic storage. This wants to say that the automatic sensors situated in the windows of entrance and exit of material register the height of the same and assign the ideal location of storage inside the system. The trays of storage used have a net surface of 1.220 x 820 mm and accept a maximum load of 250 kg, with what can deposit directly a palet in them. Also they can subdividir by means of the use of plastic or metal packaging.
The management realises of fast and simple form by means of tactile screens situated on the windows of entrance and exit of commodity. The system bears four combinations of programming, from the direct application of a tray or an article, until the reception of requests from the host of the customer, including the possibility to incorporate a validation via radiofrecuencia.
