The mIRoSpark is a unit analysis of all plastic type, are cuales are his colours, sizes and structures (films, plates, granules, solids, foams, fabrics and carpets). Also it allows to identify additive such as retardantes of ignición and heavy metals.
For the manufacturing of the sample to analyse, suffices with deleting of his surface, rascando with a blade, the dust or another waste as for example paintings.
The unit includes two guns of measurement connected to the instrument by means of a wire reinforced of 2 m of long that transmit the signal to the unit of spectrometry.
With this instrument is possible to identify independently of his surface, pollution and colours, the following plastics, mixes and additives in so alone 1 second: PA6 / PA66, PA 12; PE; PP, ABS, PS, PPO, SAINT, PC+PET, PC, PC+ABS, PBT, PET, PMMA, POM, ABS+PVC, PVC, PE+PA, PE+PET, PP+PET, PLA, cellulose, PTFE, PPS, SK
Allows the impressesion of the results by means of a mini printer incorporated.
