Presentación
ASEBIO brings together companies, associations, foundations, universities, technology centres and research that develop their activities directly or indirectly related to biotechnology in Spain.
ASEBIO acts since 1999 as a platform of meeting and promotion of those organizations interested in the development of the national biotechnology scene. To this end, it works closely with regional, national and European administrations, as well as those social organizations interested in the use of biotechnology to improve the quality of life, the environment and the generation of qualified employment.
The broad base of partners, ASEBIO makes the most appropriate scenario to meet the challenge of developing the biotechnological sector and take advantage of the opportunities for innovation that presents biotechnology as a vector of economic and social growth in Spain.
ASEBIO belongs and has the support of EUROPABIO, the European Federation of biotechnology industry and is integrated into the CEOE (Spanish Confederation of business organizations).
