Siemens PC 577 /PC 477

Siemens has developed two panels PC for industrial applications: the Simatic PC 577, for industrial requests standard, and the PC 477, more robust, for applications more demanding.
Both models supply in versions of 12 and 15” and with tactile screen, whereas the PC 577 includes besides a tactile version with screen of 19”.
The PC 577 is provisto of a Pentium 4 of, until 2,4 GHz and a memory extensible RAM to 3 GB. The frontal carry incorporated a port USB 2.0 to connect, for example, a grabador portable of DVD and take out fast copies of hygiene. Also it exists a connection to Ethernet. This equipment and the available extensions allow to adapt the PC 577 to the pertinent application.
The PC 477 works without mobile elements, like fans or hard disks, being conceived therefore for applications exentas of maintenance and of high availability. There is to choose between several processors Pentium of until 933 MHz. Available with memory RAM of 512 MB and cards Compact Flash of until 1 GB by heart. The integrated cheese cheese ports are two connections Ethernet, three USB 2.0, as well as a COM1 and a VGA. Like additional element there is a connection MPI/Profibus. The PC 477 can use even in narrow spaces, thanks to his compact design and his calado of hardly 75 mm. Some special freamers allow to expand it until with three cards PC104plus.
