The white shrimp is a crustacean decápodo, of pale pink tonality, that presents a convex face, very fine and lengthened. It has the abdomen developed with two series of palmate legs and forked. His shell is flexible and feeble. His inferior edge is inerme and the upper sample seven teeth in the convex part.

It is used to to capture in the coast of Huelva, in the one of Morocco and in some zones of the Mediterranean of way artesanal, being the one of Huelva the one of greater gastronomic value.
