The cañitas are elaborated of way artesanal, following the recipe of the family Cerviño, as it prepared them the Grandmother Chucha of Carballiño, in Ourense, at the beginning of the past century.

The canes pack herméticamente in an atmosphere of noble gases, that delay his oxidation and keep them cool and crujientes during at least six months from the date of distinguished production.

It is a product netamente artesanal, only with natural products, but with the possibility to keep cool during months without any type of preservatives. This is due to the strong technological investment once elaborated the product with the familiar method.
