It is a product exclusively to base of cacao pure, previously desgrasado.
It is especially indicated to use in repostería. Like ingredient for bizcochos of chocolate, brownie, trufas, etc.
Also can use by people that can not or do not wish to take sugar and want to add some edulcorante to his taste. When being a cacao totally pure is of difficult dissolution and of flavour very bitter, by what the dose to use will depend of the taste and of the use to the that allocates .
