A cosechadora Deutz-Fahr 6095 HTS, first model of machine assembled in Russia

The first cosechadora Deutz-Fahr assembled in Russia has been a DF 6095 HTS. The machine, that went out the past month of May of the lines of production of the plant to the outskirts of Moscow, represents the model of avant-garde of the mark. Instrumented with the engine common rail Deutz TCD 2013 L06 4V, of 366 CV (269 kW), the 6095 HTS represents the model with greater performance of the machines Deutz-Fahr of six sacudidores. Thanks to the cut of 7,2 m instrumented with self-supervision, that adjusts automatically the height of cut with regard to the irregularities of the terrain regarding the body of the machine, the performance results excellent in any condition of siega and in any type of terrain.

The system of trilla of high performance offers a very high degree of separation of the grain already in the concave. The exclusive system of transversal segments allows to modify quickly the machine during the campaign and adapt the trilla and the separation to the type of work. Through 5 positions with electrical regulation, the turbo separador HTS allows to the model 6095 HTS reach increases in the productivity above 20% with regard to the traditional systems. The wide surfaces of sifted (6,32 m² in the model 6095), the turbine of 44 álabes with tangential flow and the two ladders with precriba regulable do that the grain arrive to the perfectly clean hopper. Another exclusivity of Deutz-Fahr are the two independent returns, that distribute uniformly the material in the table of manufacturing to avoid overload of the system of trilla and useless losses of cereal.

The cabin Commander Cab IV instrumented with the computer of tackle CMM, beside the system Agrosky (GPS), maximiza the technological development of the 6095 HTS until the highest levels of his category. The production of cosechadoras of 220 CV and 360 CV in Russia by Same Deutz-Fahr includes besides the rights to produce three models of tractors Deutz-Fahr in the segment between 165 and 265 CV, in addition to another model of 150 CV. The aim is to offer to the Russian market products of high technology based in the European experience, but located in the region and, therefore, ‘Made in Russia'.

In concrete, regarding what refers to the cosechadoras, the aim is to put to disposal solve technological that they are able to satisfy of optimum way the needs of the agriculture of this region.
