His new and last creation is the model 604 that it can process of delicate form crowd of products, like the meat of beef, pig and chicken, fish and fruit. Meat magra or pulpa are easily separated of the sinews and bones, or of leather and seeds. In any one of the applications, the performance is considerable and obtains a final product of upper quality.
In addition to the already known characteristics of his series of separadoras 600, the Baader 604 has new advantages: a new design and maximum functionality for average and big production; maximum performance in a small space; ease of use, with tactile screen of series; and a big variety of available accessories, that allow to elevate considerably the performance, improve the quality of final product and save in costs of maintenance.
