ASICI Promotes the innovation in the sector of the Iberian pig

The act, inaugurated by the Secretary of State of Investigation, Development and Innovation of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO) Carmen Watches, the general director of the Alimentary Industry of the Ministry of Agriculture, Feeding and Environingingment (MAGRAMA), Fernando José Burgaz Moreno and the president of ASICI, José María Molina, has housed reports of maximum level with notable subjects such as the innovation in the production, the different processes of transformation, the quality, the alimentary hygiene and the challenge of the export, between others.
During the meeting, Carmen Watches showed his satisfaction on the celebration of these days when considering that they will serve to build a bridge in which, by means of the relation between all the agents, can promote the investigation for the resolution of the problems that sues the sector, stimulate processes of business cooperation and improve the dynamics of innovation in products, processes and management. “We know the alarming that are the forecasts in the short term in Spain, however the future growth will depend, no so much to go back backwards in no sense, but to set up the capacity to do new things”, aseveró.
Finally, the Secretary of State stood out that the current situation of economic crisis can be an opportunity so that from ASICI promote a space where spread and promote projects of investigation focused to innovations that improve the competitiveness of his industries. “The innovation is wealth, future and results indispensable that understand that we have to go through here. Besides, one of the main aims is that the investigations that do in the sector of the Iberian have a social profitability”, ensured.
By his part, Fernando José Burgaz, resaltó the need to be able to offer to the Spanish consumers the maximum possible information about the Iberian products, of clarificar and preserve the dehesa and the Iberian race. In this sense bet by that the new Norm of Quality treat to give answer to the sector of the Iberian.

Likewise, ensured that in the Iberian sector have a highly innovative product, the Iberian Ham. “Few it is necessary test it and do not repeat, but need of the Science and the Technology to be able to do it arrive to all the potential consumers, ensuring the standards of hygiene and quality that his markets sue”, concluded Molina.
These days form part of a project, headed by ASICI, whose main aim is the design and the set up of a stable core where gesten and articulate actions and projects of innovation, like indispensable element to promote the competitiveness of the sector.
