Anuga Foodtec Receives a business meeting of technological transfer in processed of foods

In the frame of the international fair Anuga FoodTec the network of excellence HighTech Europe (HTE) and the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) will organise the next days 28 and 29 March a ‘Brokerage Event'—business meeting— devoted to the technological transfer in the field of the processed of foods. Anuga Foodtec Will celebrate in Colony (Germany), between the 27 and on 30 March 2012.

The ‘Brokerage Event' is headed to researchers and representatives of the international alimentary industry that show interest in opening new roads of business and in setting up conjoint projects related with the technological transfer. Along two days, the companies and the centres of investigation will have the opportunity to have of a common space where exchange experiences and debate on possible opportunities of collaboration. The participation of the Institute of Investigation and Technology Agroalimentarias (Irta), centre ascribed to the Department of Agriculture of the Government of Catalonia, will be to charge of Lluís Salvà, main researcher of this project and member of the network HighTech Europe.
