Countdown for the XII Congress Aecoc of Products Cárnicos and Elaborated

The days 21 and 22 February, The Palace of Congresses of Lleida (Catalonia) will be the headquarters of the XII Congress
Said meeting point will open with an analysis of the current market of products cárnicos and his consumer of the hand of the analysts Roberto Butragueño (Nielsen), Pere Live (Kantar Worldpanel) and Gema Requena. Besides, it will have professional leaders in the sector like Tomás Strong, president of the Strong Corporate Group and ElPozo Feeding, and Adriana Casademont, adviser delegated of Casademont.
Likewise, will receive the act of delivery of the I Prizes 'Meat, natural power', that will recognise the efforts of the companies involved in this campaign, organised by Aecoc, that pretends to spread the virtues of these foods between the consumers. The delivery of prizes will realise in the frame of the dinner of congressmen, the day 21 February.

Of equal way, the congress will show the adaptation of the commercial models to satisfy more and better to the new consumer, like the set up by Carrefour and Hnos. Crag (Market Chamartín), whose proposals will be analysed by the director of Cool Products of Carrefour Spain, Ángel Monreal, the founder of Shops Crag, Manolo Crag, and the president of the consultora XCL, Rudy Vidal.
The Congress of Aecoc –the association of manufacturers and distributors that groups to near of 25.000 companies–, will include a review by the values that contribute the products cárnicos and his contribution in terms of nutrition, for what will have the participation of the professor emérito of Nutrition and Bromatología of the University of Barcelona, Abel Mariné.
Likewise, the forum will have an analysis of the value added that it can articulate from the chain of value, directed to offer to the consumer products and efficient services and highly competitive.
