The graziers salmantinos demand rapidity in the tramitación of the helps of the EU

Greater agility in the tramitación of the helps comunitarias to the modernisation of the farms. This is what demand more than a hundred of graziers salmantinos concentrated in front of the doors of the Territorial Service of Agriculture and Livestock of the Board of Castile and Leon. Between the demonstrators appear the main provincial representatives of the agricultural organisations ASAJA, UPA and COAG, those who have criticised the tardanza in the tramitación of the files, and especially, the supposed “incompetence” of Antonio Magaz,  boss of the Section of Modernisation, in this sense.

And is that, to date, only has reviewed 20% of the files, whereas in other provinces the process of tramitación is much more agile, above 85%. Besides, they have insisted in that the elder tardanza prejudices to good part of the graziers that after having destined resources to modernizar his exploitations, now see harassed by the banks without having perceived still the corresponding helps. In fact, sources of COAG, UPA and ASAJA, have remembered that they still have not earned near of six million euros invested, as it is recorded in the already informed files. Also they have regretted that a similar situation also produces in those no informed files, because of the bad management of the steering of the Section of Modernisation.

In addition to taking out to relucir said claims, six spokesmen of the present graziers have gathered with the maximum leaders of said section, to end to concretise conjoint solutions. Of not arriving to a consensus, would take place new concentrations, according to the representatives of the agricultural organisations.
