Logroño Celebrates the International Day of the Rural Women

Thorium RiojaForum, of Logroño, is the stage of the memorial day of the International Day of the Rural Women, that takes place today coinciding with the I State Fair of Rural Artisans. Organised/Organized by the Federation of Associations of Rural Women (Fademur), this session has the presence , between others, of the Minister of Environment, Half Rural and Marino, Rosa Aguilar. The inauguration carries out of hands of Milagros Díez González, President of Fademur The Rioja, accompanied of Eusebio Fernández García, general secretary of UPA The Rioja; Lorenzo Bouquets Silva, general secretary of UPA; Teresa López López, president of Fademur and Pedro Sanz Alonso, president of the government of The Rioja.

The program includes besides a round table, moderated by Montse Cortiñas González, secretary of Fademur, that will tackle the subject 'Political of equality for the rural women', and that will have the interventions of Laura Seara Sobrado, Secretary of State of Equality; Octavio Granado Martínez, Secretary of State of Social Security; Íñigo Nagore Ferrer, Adviser of Agriculture, Ganadería and Environment and José Ignacio Grandson García, Adviser of Health and Social Services. In the afternoon, it will take place the reading of the Self-evident of the International Day of the Rural Women 2011, as well as the delivery of prizes Fademur 2011 International Day of the Rural Women.
